Sam Demaio and his team have been renovating bathrooms and homes for almost 20 years. Originally starting with Showcase Remodels, they’ve now expanded to work on bathroom remodeling for home owners in Southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. One Day Bathrooms is based in Washington Township, NJ.

In the last 2 decades Sam has built a reputation in his community for providing great work with excellent customer service. Now – his mission is to provide that same level of care to new customers in desperate need of more accessible and beautiful bathrooms for their homes.

We used Showcase this past year for several projects this year, including a large kitchen remodel. In particular, I worked with Stan and Santo, who always made themselves available to discuss ideas and talk us through concerns. They were both 100% committed to seeing our vision come to life and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Major home renovations are a stressful situation no matter who the contractor, but hiring one that has a staff that really puts their heart and soul into each job makes all the difference.

Renovated a large kitchen with new floor, cabinets, sink and 100 square feet of quartz countertops. The project was managed by Santos at Showcase Remodels and was completed within 1 month. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Santos worked with us on design suggestions to optimize usable space while keeping within the original budget. One stop shop for all your home remodeling needs! Competitive prices and excellent customer service. The owner Sam is very creative and helped make our dreams a reality. He even went shopping with us! Highly recommended company! Project Manager Santo Saija is THE BEST!!! He was with us EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! If they say they’ll be at your house at 8 AM they’re there at 7:45! Santo goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is perfect and never got upset because I texted him 20x a day!

I’ve waited 16 years to have my master bathroom remodeled, so when the time finally presented itself, I wanted to be sure we went with a reputable contractor. Showcase Remodels stood above the rest with their high standards and offerings to the customer. They obtain permits, schedule inspections, supply materials, and connect you with contacts who assist in selection of tile, cabinetry, and countertops. The written contract includes allowances for all materials you will select so that you have a pretty good idea of overall cost of the project before you even sign. (We did ultimately go over some of our allowances - something to be mindful of when making selections!) The contract is created after an initial meeting with Sales. We met with Stan, who was very timely, professional, and receptive to our needs and concerns. The next meeting was with our Project Manager, Santo, who was in charge of bringing it all to life. We worked with Santo for the duration of the project and it was a very positive experience. Santo was very communicative every step of the way. If there were days that we didn’t cross paths, he would reach out. He’s thorough and makes sure the crew completes the work to his standards. The crew consisted of hard workers who were respectful and cleaned up after themselves daily, and Santo would check in to ensure it continued that way. He’s busy managing multiple projects, however that didn’t stop Santo from being responsive when we reached out with questions and concerns. Santo is detail oriented and took extra measures to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the final product. We look forward to working with Santo and the Showcase team on our next remodeling project!

I can’t begin to say how happy I am with Sam and his crew @Showcase. I had some work done in multiple places in my house. Flooring, bathroom, and to fix the shortcuts of a previous contractor…My experience - On time. Done right. Fair price.
